Commercial for fictional parfume brand
I directed and shot a commercial for fictional parfume brand last Friday. As a rehearsal it was a great fun to play around with Arri 435 equipped with Angenieux Optimo 24-290 by crancking speed and exposing double frames. Now waiting for the material to fly back from Denmark on DPX scans!

Year 2012 starts with a facelift!
Happy New Year and welcome to my new website! January shows up bright and snowy (finally!) here in Helsinki and some nice projects are waiting to start rolling. Meanwhile, take a look of the new site and steal a moment to watch some frames! Next week I'll head to Munich, Germany to attend one week "shooting a night scene" workshop arranged by University of Television and Film Munich. Sounds like long and shady nights out!

Celebrating cinematography
This year's visit to Camerimage film festival in Poland was a great ride, as usual. After long days in front of the silver screen celebrating the art of cinematography next week takes me back to a normal life to shoot a commercial for a well-known brand. More later!
